Ricotta 88% (Cow’s MILK whey, MILK cream, salt, acidity corrector: lactic acid), cream 8% (glucose syrup, sweetened and concentrated MILK, EGG yolk, flavours, acidificants: citric acid, colorings: riboflavine, β-carotene, antioxidants: alfa-tocoferolo), sugar, stabilizer: guar gum, preservatives: potassium sorbate.
Guar gum
Product obtained by grinding the endosperm of guar seeds.

Natural flavors and natural – identical.
Egg yolk
Fresh eggs, not powdered eggs barn eggs.
