A simple recipe, perfect for breakfast or for a snack.

Method
For the base

Crumble the digestive biscuits and add the melted butter.

Pour the mixture in a cake pan (24 cm of diameter), flatten it using the back of a spoon or a glass and put the base in the freezer for at least an hour.
For filling

Add the pitted and chopped cherries to Elda Cheesecake Cream.

Pour it on the biscuit base and leave to set in the fridge.

Decorate the cheesecake top as desired and serve cold.
